Today was my first real experience of Power Plate and I admit to having been a complete sceptic. I thought they were a gimmick and probably over rated. I am quite happy to admit I was wrong! I work out twice a week with a personal trainer and have been very pleased at my progress however I do suffer from painful knees. I was really happy with the Power Plate experience – I never knew 30 second exercises could feel so long! – but at the same time there was no knee pain. I certainly know I’ve had a good workout
The Power Plate was my life saver! I was introduced to the machine in 10 years ago by my therapist who at the time was helping me recover from a slip disc at the base on my neck (C5-C6). I had put on weight, was unable to do any form of exercise, even to the point of being unable to lift grocery bags.
Within months, I had strengthened by core, mid and upper back and was able to get back into sports. Ever since I’ve never looked back; Over the years I’ve took up scuba diving, weight training, Muay Thai and even Sky diving. It’s like I never had the slipped disc!
Working out on the Power Plate feels good, the time goes fast and it’s fun. It doesn’t seem like you can get much accomplished in such a short workout session, but the results were obviously quick.
I am ecstatic to have had my first session today after so many years. I have no doubt that the weight gained through lockdown is going to disappear very fast. And the biggest bonus point is that I can use it in the comfort of my own home! Thank you Milka for reintroducing this fab machine back into my life!
We replaced our 14 yrs old Power Plate Personal recently with the new Power Plate MOVE and are amazed with its performance! It runs very smoothly and is so versatile to use due to its various functions and enlarged platform – not to mention its flashy design
I first started using Power Plates 6 years ago back in Germany where I had personal training sessions at a Power Plate studio. When I moved to Dubai I decided to buy my own Power Plate and it was the best decision ever. When I get home from work I put on some music and with 30 minutes on the Power Plate I get the results of a 90 minute workout at the gym. And even when I do go to the gym I use the Power Plate afterwards for stretching and massages.
Especially now during COVID-19 it’s been perfect as I have the device at home, so could keep training even during lockdown. I can highly recommend using Power Plates as you can save time and the first results are visible in less than 2 weeks.
I traveled the path of cancer 3 times. I took a drug for 5 years that caused a dangerous level of bone loss, as well as a parathyroid issue. After training on the Power Plate for 3 years and then repeating my bone density test, my doctor said: “whatever you are doing, keep doing it!” My bone loss stopped, and my bone density increased.
I was diagnosed with MS 11 years ago. At first, my body went downhill rapidly. Then I took charge and started investigating what I can do at this point. I went down many avenues which helped. Now I use the Power Plate to keep things moving and alive. Power Plate has made a huge difference in my life.
When I went in the clinic, I was hardly able to walk upright because of my back pain. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was desperate. After some regular treatments and then workouts on the Power Plate I started feeling much better. Now I’m walking around doing normal daily activities with basically no pain.
I was experiencing severe muscle spasms in my upper back and I was looking for an alternative to surgery for a disc in my low back. I have found that the Power Plate has helped me to achieve more flexibility and helped me to overcome the pain I usually experience when I try to work out and strengthen my muscles. I have Fibromyalgia and I find that working with the Power Plate helps relieve my pain. Whether the pain is from a flare up or from muscle fatigue either from work outs or from my physically demanding job. I am impressed with how much improvement I have had since starting my program with Benchmark Medical Group! I experience much less pain and when I am having a particularly bad pain day I cannot wait till I can go to the Power Plate workout.
I came in because I had to do physical therapy on my knee and ever since I’ve done the Power Plate my knee felt a whole lot better! After using the Power Plate I have been able to do a lot more of everything!

My whole experience in Power Plate training has been one of centering and balancing, Peter noted. My hand still shakes but I am doing things that I never thought possible, and I am doing something to stop the progression of Parkinson’s. Power Plate helps me more than anything else, and all I had to do was just stand on it.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. The Power Plate machine has been shown to increase bone mineral density and improve strength. After exercising on the Power Plate machine for some time I can tell the difference in my body. My muscles are getting stronger and I’m sure the bones are too.
When I made the decision to exercise for the first time in my life, I was scared and hesitant with little confidence in my body. I felt too fat, too clumsy, too slow, unbalanced and could not bend over to pick something up. My first words were “I am too fat to exercise.” My trainer’s reply changed my life. Janis said, “I was too fat NOT to exercise and she would believe in me until I believed in myself.” We started on the Power Plate and now I am a beautiful, strong woman who believes in me.
I came in because my back and neck had been hurting since I was in high school and I’m 60 now. The pain stopped in my neck completely after two weeks. My back took several months, but it was a great relief when it happened.
I was hobbling around for the last 2 decades and skeptical about anything helping me. What a difference after one month of training 2 times a week.
